2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, you give us:

• Your name, phone number, delivery address and six-digit PIN code (used to prepare your WhatsApp order request).
• The products, quantities and catalogue prices in your cart.

When you select WhatsApp checkout, your details and cart are sent to Lovable Cloud to prepare a bill PDF stored privately. A link valid for 7 days is included in your WhatsApp message. Anyone with that link can view the bill during that period, so share it only with trusted recipients. Nothing is sent in WhatsApp automatically; you choose whether to send the prepared message.

Stored only in your own browser, not sent to us until you submit:

• Your cart (the items you have added) is saved in your browser’s local storage so it survives a page refresh.
• A flag in session storage remembering that you have acknowledged the on-site legal notice, so it is not shown repeatedly during one visit.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We do not collect any payment information.

3. Why we use your data

• To contact you and confirm, fulfil and deliver the order you enquired about.
• To arrange dispatch through transport providers.
• To prevent fraud, spam and misuse of the site.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and statutory compliance.
• To respond to your questions, requests and complaints.

Our legal bases are your consent (given when you submit the enquiry) and our legitimate business and legal obligations. If you withdraw consent we may be unable to process your enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

• Our own staff who handle enquiries and orders.
• Registered transport / courier providers, to deliver your order.
• Lovable Cloud, to generate and privately store your bill PDF.
• WhatsApp / Meta, when you choose to send the prepared message, under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Government authorities, regulators or courts where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Bill PDFs are stored privately; their sharing links expire after 7 days, but expiry does not automatically delete the stored PDF. You can request deletion using our contact details. Details you send in WhatsApp are kept as needed to handle your enquiry and applicable legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data where it is no longer needed;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults (18+). Firecrackers are age-restricted. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
